陈贵堂,教授,博士生导师。2006年6月毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院,获工学博士学位,同年7月到中国药科大学任教至今。2014-2015年美国罗格斯大学食品科学系访问学者。主要研究食品及药食同源品等材料中生物活性物质的药理活性与保健作用机理,尤其是功能成分与人类慢性疾病的关系,同时采用先进的物理、化学和生物学技术,研究功能性成分的高效分离和富集、活性保持和增效,为医药、保健食品开发提供各种功能因子。担任国家自然科学基金评审同行评议专家、教育部科研基金和科技奖励评审专家,在国内外期刊上发表科研论文80多篇,申请专利10余项。
